Beautiful house with sea view at Miramar bay. It has a private swimming pool and a bathtub similar to a jacuzzi (not heated), 3 terraces, one of them with a bar with Tv by the pool, fully equipped kitchen, air conditioner all over the house, grill, wifi internet.
At 10 minutes from Miramar bay by foot and 10 minutes from Guaymas downtown by vehicule, with excelente view to the sea. Near to convinience stores, super markets, cinemas, and more. Beautiful fully equiped kitchen for your comfort. Enjoy the private swimming pool with a bathtub similar to a jacuzzi (not heated) in 1 of its three terraces, or the Tv bar by the pool. It has grill, Wifi internet and air conditioner in all the bedrooms and common areas inside. Its a modern and comfortable house with top quality finishes and decoration that will make you feel like home, ideal for a family or friends vacation.
